1. Introduction The assignment is related to team project of our disunite cogitate on strategical management applied in the party Xxx- publisher of newspapers. The phoner is analyzed in point on all levels-corporate, SBU (strategic business units) and functional. This synopsis is performed on 26 special lines. Our group consists of 28 students. This very demanding and complex prepare was wherefore to be organized on the project bases. This educate is lie not on the strategic management in the company Xxx and on the project substructure it. We would ilk to describe here how was our work organized and what was the methodology we soak up apply. 1.1 Assignment Goals As we have already mentioned the goals are not oriented on any analysis or strategy proposals in the company Xxx but on the process which should pass off to successful strategic management analysis and proposals in this company. Our supreme goal is thus the success of the whole group. We shall howeve r be more particularized in sub goals and by defining them to be fitted to use the proper methodology.
